Made from aerospace-grade aluminum, with optional stereo speakers, Brydge connects to your iPad using a patent-pending hinge. This click-in hinge allows for close to 180 degrees of iPad positioning and holds your iPad secure. The keyboard is said to be full-sized and looks great in their promo video. The Brydge looks as good, or even a bit better, than the Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Cover for the new iPad that I posted about last week. I backed the project to the tune of $180 – which gets me the Brydge with stereo speakers if the project reaches its funding target. Right now they’re at $16,000 out of the $90,000 goal with 39 days to go. The promo video is very impressive – check it out at the Brydge Kickstarter page. I Spotted this via a Google+ and a post at theAppleblog from Kevin C. Tofel

Brydge Kickstarter Project – Keyboard Case Makes Your iPad Look Just Like a MacBook Air
Brydge is yet another superb looking iPad-related Kickstarter project. It’s an iPad keyboard case that turns your iPad into something that looks a whole lot like a MacBook Air. The project creators reckon it transforms your iPad into a laptop worthy of Apple.
